พล.อ.ประยุทธ์กล่าวถ้อยแถลงในการประชุมตอนหนึ่งว่า ขอบคุณสมาชิกอาเซียนที่เข้าใจสถานการณ์การเมืองในประเทศไทย ยืนยันว่าไทยยังคง ให้ความสำคัญต่ออาเซียนและจะยึดมั่นต่อพันธกรณีต่างๆในการสร้างประชาคมอา เซียนปี 2558 อาเซียนควรให้ความสำคัญเรื่องความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างกัน ทั้งเรื่องคมนาคมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ด้วยการปรับกฎระเบียบต่างๆให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน จัดตั้งเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษชายแดน แก้ไขภัยคุกคามอย่างบูรณาการ อาทิ โรคติดต่อ ยาเสพติด อาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการต่อต้านการลักลอบค้ามนุษย์ระดับภูมิภาคและอนุสัญญาอา เซียนว่าด้วยการค้ามนุษย์ให้แล้วเสร็จ และควรใช้ประโยชน์จาก ป.ป.ส.อาเซียนที่จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อต่อต้านการลักลอบค้ายาเสพติด ให้อาเซียนปลอดจากยาเสพติดภายในปี 2558

นายกรัฐมนตรีกล่าวอีกว่า ปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของอีโบลาเป็นเรื่องเร่งด่วนที่ต้องเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกันและแก้ไข จึงเห็นว่าในกรอบอาเซียนบวกสาม ควรประชุมรัฐมนตรีสาธารณสุขเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในระดับภูมิภาคและสร้างกลไกเฝ้าระวังโรคร่วมกัน ซึ่งไทยพร้อมจะเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมรัฐมนตรีสาธารณสุขอาเซียนบวกสาม ที่อาจมีขึ้นในเดือน ธ.ค.

คุยนายกฯ “นเรนทรา” แห่งอินเดีย

ต่อมาเวลา 11.30 น. พล.อ.ประยุทธ์หารือทวิภาคีกับนายนเรนทรา โมดี นายกรัฐมนตรีอินเดีย โดยในการหารือ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์กล่าวชื่นชมนโยบายอินเดียเรื่องการจัดตั้ง “Smart City” และ “Made in India” เพื่อส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศที่สอดคล้องกับการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของ ไทย ทั้งโครงการถนนสามฝ่าย ไทย-เมียนมาร์- อินเดีย โครงการพัฒนาท่าเรือน้ำลึกและนิคมอุตสาหกรรมทวาย นอกจากนี้ ยังเห็นพ้องในข้อตกลงเขตการค้าเสรีระหว่างไทย-อินเดีย เร่งรัดยกเลิกภาษีซ้อน รวมทั้งความร่วมมือด้านหน่วยงานข่าวกรองและการลาดตระเวนร่วมทางทะเล โดยหวังว่ากองทัพไทยและอินเดียจะทำการฝึกผสมร่วมกันภายใต้รหัส “ไมตรี” ในเร็ววันนี้

ขณะที่นายกรัฐมนตรีอินเดียได้กล่าวถวายพระพรพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 5 ธ.ค. พร้อมกล่าวชื่นชมสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯ สยามมกุฎราชกุมาร สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ และตอบรับร่วมการประชุมกรอบความร่วมมือเอเชียที่ไทยจะเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการ ประชุมในปีหน้าด้วย

เมื่อเวลา 08.45 น. บริเวณทางเชื่อมตึกไทยคู่ฟ้าและตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล สภาสังคมสงเคราะห์แห่งประเทศไทย นำโดยนางอารยา อรุณานนท์ชัย ประธานคณะกรรมการฝ่ายจำหน่ายดอกแก้วกัลยา ในคณะกรรมการกองทุนดอกแก้วกัลยา สภาสังคมสงเคราะห์ฯ นำดารา นักแสดง อ๊อฟ-ศุภณัฐ เฉลิมชัยเจริญกิจ และเอิ้นขวัญ วรัญญา ศิลปินบริษัท จีเอ็มเอ็ม แกรมมี่ จำกัด เจ้าหน้าที่สภาสังคมสงเคราะห์และคนพิการเข้าพบ พล.อ.ประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและ รมว.กลาโหม ในฐานะรักษาการนายกรัฐมนตรี เพื่อมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ดอกแก้วกัลยาและจำหน่ายดอกแก้วกัลยาหน่วยงานในทำเนียบ และเพื่อเป็นการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดงานคนพิการ ครั้งที่ 48 ประจำปี 2557 ที่จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 15 พ.ย.57 ณ สวนอัมพร ทั้งนี้ ดอกแก้วกัลยา เป็นชื่อดอกไม้ที่สมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟ้ากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาสราชนครินทร์ ทรงพระกรุณา โปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานนามดอกไม้ประดิษฐ์ โดยคนพิการ ของศูนย์ส่งเสริมอาชีพและพัฒนาคนพิการ และได้พระราชทานอนุญาตให้ใช้ดอกแก้วกัลยาเป็นสัญลักษณ์คนพิการด้วย

จากนั้นเวลา 09.00 น. พล.อ.ประวิตรได้เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี ที่ตึกสันติไมตรี (หลังใน) เป็นการปฏิบัติภารกิจแทน พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรีและหัวหน้า คสช.ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างปฏิบัติภารกิจร่วมประชุมสุดยอดอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 25 ที่สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์

ม.ร.ว.ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ด้านเศรษฐกิจ เปิดเผยภายหลังการประชุมว่าเหตุที่ ครม.ชะลอพิจารณาร่าง พ.ร.บ.ภาษีมรดก เนื่องจากนายสมหมาย ภาษี รมว.คลัง ส่งร่าง พ.ร.บ.ภาษีมรดก มากระชั้นชิดเกินไป ทำให้ไม่สามารถขอความคิดเห็นหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ทันเวลา ทำให้ไม่สามารถนำเสนอเข้าสู่การพิจารณาของ ครม. สัปดาห์นี้ได้ และไม่ได้มีปัญหาเรื่องเนื้อหาแต่อย่างใด แต่จะนำเสนอเข้าที่ประชุม ครม.ในสัปดาห์หน้า

“วิษณุ” ปัดใจเสาะ–แค่รอนายกฯ

ขณะที่นายวิษณุ เครืองาม รองนายกรัฐมนตรี ให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า การประชุม ครม.สัปดาห์นี้พยายามพิจารณาเรื่องที่ไม่เร่งด่วน เรื่องภาษีมรดกต้องคุยกับรัฐมนตรีหลายคน และการประชุม ครม.ครั้งนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีหลายคนไม่อยู่ ความจริง พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ก็บอกไม่ต้องรอ แต่โดยหลักก็ควรจะรอดี กว่า และไม่ได้มีปัญหาเรื่องของเนื้อหาแต่อย่างใด

“บิ๊กตู่” ไปเนปิดอว์ถกผู้นำอาเซียน

เมื่อเวลา 09.00 น. (ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น) ที่ศูนย์ประชุม MICC กรุงเนปิดอว์ สาธารณรัฐแห่งสหภาพเมียนมาร์ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรีและหัวหน้า คสช. เข้าร่วมการประชุมสุดยอดผู้นำอาเซียนครั้งที่ 25 โดยมี พล.อ.เต็ง เส่ง ประธานาธิบดีเมียนมาร์ ในฐานะประธานอาเซียนกล่าวสุนทรพจน์เปิดการประชุมหัวข้อก้าวไปข้างหน้าสู่ ความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวและประชาคมที่สงบสุขและเจริญรุ่งเรือง พร้อมกล่าวแนะนำ พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ และนายโจโค วิโดโด้ ประธานาธิบดีอินโดนีเซีย ในฐานะผู้นำใหม่ที่เพิ่งเข้าร่วมการประชุมอาเซียนเป็นครั้งแรก จากนั้นผู้นำอาเซียนได้ถ่ายรูปหมู่บนเวทีร่วมกัน ก่อนรับชมการแสดงทางวัฒนธรรมที่เมียนมาร์จัดขึ้น

สนช.นัดพิเศษถกคดีสอย “ปู”

อีกเรื่องหนึ่ง เวลา 10.15 น. ที่รัฐสภา มีการประชุมสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ (สนช.) นัดพิเศษ มีนายพรเพชร วิชิตชลชัย ประธาน สนช.เป็นประธานการประชุม โดยเชิญนายนรวิชญ์ หล้าแหล่ง นายสมหมาย กู้ทรัพย์ และนายเอนก คำชุ่ม ทีมทนายผู้ได้รับมอบอำนาจจาก น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร อดีตนายกรัฐมนตรี ให้รับผิดชอบโครงการรับจำนำข้าว มาชี้แจงถึงเหตุผลการขอให้ที่ประชุม สนช.เลื่อนการพิจารณาวาระ ถอดถอน น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ในวันที่ 12 พ.ย.ออกไป

“พรเพชร” ซักทนายคัดสำนวนอืด

ทั้งนี้ นายพรเพชร ชี้แจงขั้นตอนการทำงานของ สนช.ในคดีดังกล่าวว่า ป.ป.ช.ได้ส่งสำนวนถอดถอน น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ให้ สนช. วันที่ 14 ต.ค. ซึ่งเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ประสานไปยังนายนรวิชญ์ หล้าแหล่ง ทนายความของ น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ รับทราบแล้ว เพื่อให้มาคัดลอกสำเนาถอดถอนของ ป.ป.ช. แต่นายนรวิชญ์แจ้งว่า ยังไม่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดำเนินการเรื่องนี้ เนื่องจาก น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์อยู่ระหว่างเดินทางไปต่างประเทศ ดังนั้น สนช.จึงส่งเอกสารสรุปข้อกล่าวหาของ สนช.ไปที่บ้านอดีตนายกรัฐมนตรีถึงสองรอบ ซึ่งมีผู้เซ็นรับเอกสารทั้งสองครั้งเมื่อวันที่ 29 ต.ค. และ 7 พ.ย.

ทนายโอดเอกสารเป็นปึกอ่านไม่ทัน

นายเอนก คำชุ่ม ทีมทนายความ น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชี้แจงเหตุผลการขอเลื่อนการประชุมต่อ สนช.ว่าข้อ บังคับการประชุม สนช.ข้อ 149 และ 150 ระบุว่า สนช.ต้องส่งรายงานและสำนวน ป.ป.ช.ให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหารับทราบไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วัน นับจากวันประชุมนัดแรกคือ วันที่ 12 พ.ย. แต่ช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์อยู่ต่างประเทศ จึงไม่ทราบเรื่องวาระการถอดถอน เมื่อกลับถึงประเทศไทยวันที่ 2 พ.ย. ได้หารือทีมทนายความว่า ยังไม่ได้รับสำนวนจาก ป.ป.ช. จึงทำหนังสือถึงประธาน สนช. เมื่อวันที่ 5 พ.ย. ขอเลื่อนการประชุมนัดแรกออกไปก่อน เพื่อให้มีเวลาศึกษาสำนวน ป.ป.ช.และยื่นคำร้องขอให้สอบพยานเพิ่มเติม เพราะหากนับจากวันที่ 7 พ.ย.ที่อดีตนายกฯได้รับหนังสือจากประธาน สนช. จนถึงวันที่ 12 พ.ย. อดีตนายกฯมีเวลาเตรียมตัวแค่ 5 วันเท่านั้น ทั้งที่ข้อกล่าวหาที่ สนช.ส่งไปให้มีเนื้อหา 100 กว่าหน้า นอกจากนี้เนื้อหาในสำนวนถอดถอนของ ป.ป.ช.มีถึง 3,870 หน้า แต่ถูกตีเป็นเอกสารลับทั้งหมด ทำให้ไม่สามารถถ่ายเอกสารไปดูได้ หากจะให้มานั่งจดหรือนั่งดูเพียงอย่างเดียวถือเป็นเรื่องยากมาก จึงอยากขออนุญาตประธาน สนช.ให้สามารถถ่ายเอกสารดังกล่าวได้ ถ้าไม่อนุญาตให้ถ่ายเอกสาร ก็ไม่รู้ว่าต้องใช้ทีมงานเท่าไรเพื่อดูเอกสารทั้งหมด

สมาชิกดาหน้าซัดดองเรื่อง-ตีมึน

จากนั้น นายพรเพชรเปิดให้สมาชิก สนช.ซักถาม ข้อสงสัยจากทีมทนายความ มีสมาชิกร่วมซักถาม 4 คน อาทิ นางเสาวณี สุวรรณชีพ ถามว่า ทีมทนายความได้รับการประสานจาก น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ให้มาทำคดียาวนานแค่ไหน เชื่อว่า น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์เตรียมต่อสู้คดีมายาวนานแล้ว ไม่ใช่เพิ่งมาประสานกัน ขณะที่นายมณเฑียร บุญตัน ถามว่า แม้ น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์อยู่ต่าง ประเทศ แต่เหตุใดทีมทนายความไม่โทรศัพท์แจ้งให้ น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ทราบเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้น กรณีดังกล่าวประชาชนทั่วประเทศทราบดีว่า จะมีการนำเรื่องเข้าสู่การพิจารณาในที่ประชุม สนช.วันที่ 12 พ.ย. มานานแล้ว

นายนรวิชญ์ ชี้แจงข้อซักถามว่า การให้เหตุผลว่า มีการรายงานข่าวจากสื่อว่า สนช.ได้บรรจุวาระถอดถอนในวันที่ 12 พ.ย. แสดงว่า น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์รับทราบวาระการถอดถอนแล้ว ถือว่าไม่ถูกต้อง เพราะการรับทราบต้องได้รับหนังสือโดยตรงอย่างเป็นทางการจาก สนช.ตามข้อบังคับเท่านั้น เมื่อ สนช.ร่างข้อบังคับเพื่อใช้เป็นกฎเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาแล้ว จะละเลยข้อบังคับที่ตนเองร่างขึ้นมาหรืออย่างไร

มติ 167 ต่อ 16 เลื่อนถกไป 28 พ.ย.

ต่อมานายพรเพชรขอมติจากที่ประชุม สนช.ว่าจะให้เลื่อนการประชุมถอดถอน น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์นัดแรกในวันที่ 12 พ.ย.หรือไม่ ซึ่งที่ประชุมมีมติด้วยคะแนน 167 ต่อ 16 เสียง งดออกเสียง 7 เสียง ให้เลื่อนการพิจารณานัดแรกออกไป โดยให้เลื่อนการประชุมไปเป็นวันที่ 28 พ.ย.ตามมติที่วิป สนช.เสนอมา ทั้งนี้นายพรเพชรแจ้งว่า ขอให้ผู้ถูกกล่าวหาไปตรวจเอกสารและคัดสำนวน ป.ป.ช. จำนวน 3,870 หน้า ได้ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไปในเวลาราชการ

เทคโนโลยีนี้เป็นเทคโนโลยีแผ่นดินกำเนิดขึ้นจากปัญหาของภาพที่มักมีแสงจ้ามากเกินไป ซึ่งส่วนมากมักจะเป็นการเกิดขึ้นจากการที่เมื่อดวงอาทิตย์เคลื่อนที่ทำให้มีช่วงเวลาหนึ่งที่แสงจากดวงอาทิตย์จะตกกระทบที่หน้ากล้องวงจรปิดโดยตรง หรือแม้กระทั่งการมีที่ตระกูลแสงอย่างไฟหน้ารถยนต์ ก็จะทำให้กล้องวงจรปิดไม่สามารถจับภาพในขณะที่เกิดแสงจ้านั้นได้ และยิ่งวัตถูนั้นอยู่หน้าหรือหลังแหล่งกำเนิดแสงข้างในทิศทางเดียวกันก็จะทำให้เก็บภาพยากขึ้นไปอีก ซึ่งหากนำมาใช้ในการรักษาความปลอดภัยในสำนักงานที่ต้องใช้กล้องวงจรปิดจับภาพตรงประตูทางเข้าเพื่อเก็บภาพผู้มาเยือน จะทำอย่างไรหากมีแขกที่เดินเข้ามาในขณะที่แสงอาทิตย์กำลังสาดเข้ามาหน้ากล้องในขณะนั้น ซึ่งผู้ก่อการร้ายมักจะฉวยโอกาสในช่วงเวลานี้นี่เอง ดังนั้นจึงได้มีการคิดค้นเทคโนโลยีนี้ขึ้นเพื่อแก้ปัญหานี้
Pixim Technology โดยเทคโนโลยีนี้มีจุดกำเนิดมาจากการพัฒนาเกมส์ตั้งแต่ยุคปี 1990 โดยมีความมุ่งหวังเพื่อปรับภาพเคลื่อนไหวที่มีอยู่ในเกมส์นั้นให้มีความสมดุลมากขึ้น โดยจะเป็นการทำงานในชั้นพิกเซลต่อพิกเซลในรูปเลยทีเดียว โดยต่อมานำมาปรับใช้ในกล้องดิจิตอลที่มีทั้งเซนเซอร์และตัวโพรเซสเซอร์ เซนเซอร์ทำหน้าที่รับแสงผ่านเลนส์และตัวโพรเซสเซอร์จะตัดสินใจในกระบวนที่จะทำให้เกิดภาพขึ้น ซึ่งความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทั้งสองกระบวนการนี้คล้ายกับการทำงานของนัยน์เนตรและสมองของคนเรา เซนเซอร์โดยเฉพาะตัวที่มีคุณภาพสูงสูงสำหรับใช้ในงานรักษาความปลอดภัยสำคัญๆนั้น จะสามารถแบ่งข้อมูลที่เข้ามาในแต่ละพิกเซลออกเป็นพันพันส่วน เพื่อที่จะทำให้ข้อมูลที่รับมานั้นมีคุณภาพมากที่สุดซึ่งกระบวนการนี้เองที่ทำให้สามารถเก็บข่าวคราวภาพในขณะที่เกิดแสงจ้าหรือในขณะที่มีแสงอาทิตย์สาดข้ามาได้

ปัจจุบันมีการนำสายใยแก้วมานำลางกล้องวงจรปิด กันมากขึ้นเนื่องจากสาเหตุหลายอย่างไม่ว่าจะเป็นการตกของสัญญาณภาพรวมถึงรับส่งประกาศที่ไม่เพียงพอสายใยแก้วนำแสง(Fiber Optic) เป็นสายนำสัญญาณคุณภาพสูงสุดในช่วงปัจจุบันนี้ โดยจะเป็นระบบการส่งสัญญาณที่เร็วที่สุด และเนื่องจากปัจจุบันต้นทุนในการวางระบบมีราคาที่ถูกลงมากเมื่อเทียบพร้อมกับก่อนหน้าตรงนี้ จึงมีการนำมาใช้งานกันอย่างแพร่หลาย เช่นการนำสายใยแก้วมาใช้ในการส่งทิวทัศน์จอแก้วหรือที่เรียกกันว่าเคเบิ้ลท้องถิ่น หรือไม่ว่าระบบกล้องวงจรปิด CCTV IP camera ก็ตามแต่ที่คนส่วนมากคิดถึงเป็นอันดับแรกก็ต้องเป็น ระบบเน็ทเวิร์ก(LAN)
หลักการทำงานของสายใยแก้วนำแสง
    สายใยแก้วนำแสง(Fiber Optic) คือ พวกชี้บอกลางข้อมูลที่ใช้หลักการทางแสงกล่าวคือ ใช้สัญญาณข้อมูลที่อยู่ในรูปของคลื่นแสง ส่วนตัวแก้วนำแสงอาจจะผลิตจากแก้วหรือพลาสติกโดยสัญญาณข้อมูลจะถูกเปลี่ยนเป็นคลื่นแสงแล้วจึงส่งให้สัญจรสะท้อนภายในสายใยแก้วเรื่อยไปจนถึงผู้รับที่ปลายทาง สายใยแก้วมีคุณสมบัติที่ดีกว่าสายทั่วไปหลายประการ เช่น มีขนาดเล็ก ส่งข้อมูลได้รวมเร็วและครั้งล่ะมากๆ สัญญาณข้อมูลที่ส่งไม่มีคลื่นคอยลบกวน แต่ก็มีข้อเสียเช่นกัน เช่น เมื่อสายใยแก้วขาดหักงอหรือแตกหัก จำเป็นต้องใช้อุปกรณ์ในการเชื่อมต่อที่แพงมาก และลำบากถมถืดกล่าวคือมีค่าใช้จ่ายสูงในการซ่อมแซมกว่าสายประเภทอื่น ๆ
    สรุปสายใยแก้วนำแสงคือแท่งแก้วใส ๆ และประกาศเนื้อที่ส่งสร้างผ่านพวกจะถูกเปลี่ยนจากข้อมูลปกติให้เป็นแสง โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ที่เรียกกันว่า Converter หลักจากนั้นเมื่อทั้งๆ ที่หางทำนองคลองธรรม จำเป็นจะต้องใช้อุปกรณ์ Converter อีกชุดเพื่อเปลี่ยนสัญญาณกับมาเป็นแบบเดิมอีกครั้ง
สายใยแก้วนำแสงได้ถูกแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภทดังนี้
Singlemode Fiber Optic
    เป็นการใช้ตำนำแสงที่บีบอัดลำแสงให้พุ่งตรงไปติดตามท่อถ้วยน้ำขนาดศนย์กลางของแกนแท่งและ Cladding คือ ประมาณ 9 ไมครอนโดยมี Cladding ขนาด 125 ไมครอน และมีการแผ่ซ่านภาณุออกทางด้านข้างน้อยมาก ซิงเกิลโหมดจึงเป็นสายใยแก้วนำแสง ที่มีกำลังสูญเสียทางแสงน้อยที่สุด เหมาะกับการใช้ในระยะทางไกล ๆ เช่น เดินทางระหว่างประเทศ ระหว่างเมือง มักจะใช้แบบซิงเกิลโหมด
Multimode Fiber Optic
    หลัก ๆ ก็มีแยกออกอีกตามขนาดจุดศูนย์กลางของแกนแท่งและ Cladding คือ โดยประมาณ 50 ไมครอน โดยมี Cladding ขนาด 125 ไมครอน หลักการทำงานก็ไม่ยาก คือสัญญาณจะวิ่งสลับกันเป็นฟันปลาส่งสัญญาณออกเป็นกลุ่ม ทำให้ได้ความหนาแน่นของลางถมถืดกระทั่งแบบซิงเกิลโหมดแต่ได้ระยะทางที่น้อยกว่า
    สรุปง่าย ๆ คือถ้าเวลาการเดินหนพวกกล้องวงจรปิด ip camera เกิน 500 เมตร จะใช้แบบ Singlemode แต่ถ้าระยะสายต่ำกว่านิยมใช้สายแบบ Multimode  เพราะราคาของอุปกรณ์ถูกกว่า
ชนิดของสาย Fiber Optic กับการใช้าน
    ใช้งานภายในอาคาร (Indoor Type)
จะมีโครงสร้างแบบ Tight Buffer และมีเปลือกหุ้ม (Jacket) เป็น PVC ทำให้ประกอบด้วยเนื้อความผ่อนผันในการติดตั้งมากขึ้นในการติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิด
    ใช้งานภายนอกอาคาร (Outdoor Type)
จะมีโครงสร้างแบบ Loose Tube และมีเปลือกหุ้ม (Jacket) เป็น PE ทำให้มีเนื้อความแข็งแกร่งมากขึ้น โดยโครงสร้างสายจะขึ้นอยู่กับการใช้งานนั้น

กสทช.ลุยแจกคูปองที่ส่วนรวมแออัด2.8ล้านครัวเรือน

กสทช.ตะแคงงบอีก 2,000 ล้านบาท สละคูปองสนับสนุนการรับชมทีวีดิจิตอลให้ผู้ที่พักอาศัยในชุมชนแออัด เพิ่มอีก 2.8 ล้านครัวเรือน ขณะที่ ล่าสุดคูปองถึงมือประชาชนแล้ว 1.6 ล้านฉบับ จากยอด 4.6 ล้านฉบับ

เมื่อวันที่ 15 ต.ค.2557 นายฐากร ตัณฑสิทธิ์ เลขาธิการคณะผู้ชี้ขาดธุรกิจกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ หรือ กสทช. เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ กสทช. วานนี้ (14 ต.ค.) มีมติอนุมัติการแจกคูปองเพิ่มอีกอย่างน้อย 2.8 ล้านครัวเรือน ให้กับกลุ่มชุมชนแออัดที่ไม่มีสำมะโนครัวในกรมการปกครอง หรือ มีบ้าน แต่ไม่มีบ้านเลขที่ โดยจะใช้งบประมาณครั้งนี้ 2,000 ล้านบาท

เลขาธิการ กสทช. กล่าวต่อว่า หลังจากได้รับการร้องเรียนจากกลุ่มชุมชนแออัดที่เป็นกลุ่มตกสำรวจ จึงได้ขยายการแจกคูปองเพิ่ม โดยสามารถมาลงทะเบียนยืนยันสิทธิ์ และ กสทช. จะร่วมกับการปกครองในการตรวจสอบเพรงจะอนุมัติโดยคาดว่าจะเริ่มแจกได้ภายใน เดือนพฤศจิกายน รวมทั้งสิ้น 16.9 ล้านครัวเรือน

นายฐากร กล่าวด้วยว่า คณะกรรมการ กสทช. ยังได้อนุมัติโด่พวกผู้ชี้ขาดตรวจสอบการแจกคูปอง โดยจะเชิญสำนักงานตรวจเงินแผ่นดิน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และองค์กรคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคต่างๆ เข้าร่วมการตรวจสอบ เพื่อยืนยันว่าการแจกคูปองไม่มีการทุจริตขณะที่ ล่าสุดคูปองถึงมือประชาชนแล้ว 1.62 ล้านฉบับ จากยอดที่จัดส่งล็อตแรก 4.65 ล้านฉบับ นอกจากนี้ ยังอนุมัติให้คณะกรรมการ กสทช. ลดดูงานต่างประเทศลงมากกว่าร้อยละ 50 ในปี 2558  โดยยกเลิกการฝึกอบรมและสัมมนาในต่างประเทศ เหลือเพียงการเข้าร่วมประชุมกับองค์กรในต่างประเทศเท่านั้น เพราะจะช่วย ประหยัดงบประมาณลง 100 ถึง 200 ล้านบาท.

แทงเพื่อนดับ!ดื่มเลือดสยบวิญญาณ

พ.ต.อ.สาโรช กล่าวว่า สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 3 ต.ค. เวลา 07.30 น พนักงานสอบสวนสน.อุดมสุข รับแจ้งจากพลเมืองดีว่ามีคนร้ายใช้อาวุธมีดแทงนายไส ลิน อายุ 20 ปี สัญขาติพม่า นอนเสียชีวิตอยู่ภายในห้อง 3/2 ชั้น 3 ที่หมู่บ้านรุ่งอรุณ เลขที่ 40/253 ห้อง3/2 ชั้น 3 (ชุมชน 40 ไร่ ) แขวงประเวศเขตประเวศ กรุงเทพ ฯ จึงสั่งการให้ฝ่ายสืบสวนเร่งหาตัวคนร้าย จากการสอบถาม กล้องวงจรปิดนายชวัลกรยา กลิ่นหอม ผู้ดูแลห้องเช่าให้การว่า ผู้ตายได้เข้ามาพักอาศัยในห้องดังกล่าว เมื่อวันที่ 2 ก.ย. ที่ผ่านมา พร้อมกับผู้ต้องหา โดยทั้งคู่มีอาชีพเป็นช่างทาสี ภายหลังเกิดเหตุนายอากีได้หายตัวไป

จาก การสอบสวนนายอากี ให้การรับสารภาพว่า เป็นผู้ลงมือฆ่านายไส เนื่องจากไม่พอใจที่ผู้ตายมาติดพันแฟนสาวของตนเอง โดยใช้ไม่ตีพริกทุบไปที่ศีรษะและคอของผู้ตายหลายครั้ง ก่อนจะแน่นิ่งไปแล้วจึงใช้มีดปลายแหลมแทงไปที่คอ และลำตัวอีกหลายแผลจนเสียชีวิต หลังเสร็จตนจึงเอาผ้าคลุมผู้ตายไว้ ก่อนจะใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในห้องเหมือนไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น และยังใช้มีดที่แทงเพื่อนไปทำกับข้าว และนอนข้างผู้ตาย ทั้งยังมีการดื่มเลือดของเพื่อนตามความเชื่อทางไสยศาสตร์ที่ต้องการสยบ วิญญาณไม่ให้เพื่อนเข้าสิงร่างตนด้วย กระทั่งเวลาผ่านไปจน 05.30น. ของวันที่ 3 ต.ค. ตนเองจึงตื่นมาเก็บข้าวของ เพื่อหลบหนีคดี เบื้องต้นเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งข้อหา ฆ่าผู้อื่น ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของกฎหมายต่อไปที่สถานีตำรวจนครบาลอุดมสุข พ.ต.อ.สาโรชซุ่นทรัพย์ รอง.ผบก.น.4 พ.ต.อ.สง่า กรรภิรมย์ ผกก.กก.สส.บก.น.4 พ.ต.อ.สมพร กฤษณะพิพัฒน์ ผกก.สน.อุดมสุข พ.ต.ท.สมปอง สำราญใจ รอง.ผกก.สส. พ.ต.ท.สุพจน์ พุ่มแหยม สว.สส. และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสืบสวนร่วมกันแถลงผลการจับกุม นายอากี หล่า อายุ 30 ปีสัญชาติพม่า ผู้ต้องหาตามหมายจับของศาลจังหวัดพระโขนงที่ ส.503/2557 ลงวันที่ 4 ต.ค.57 ข้อหาใช้อาวุธมีดแทงผู้อื่นจนถึงแก่ความตาย พร้อมของกลางอาวุธมีด ไม้ตีพริก เสื้อผ้าที่ใช่ก่อเหตุ และโทรศัพท์มือถือ จับกุมได้ที่ห้องเช่าภายในซอยสำโรงเหนือซอย 5ต.สำโรงเหนือ อ.เมือง จ.สมุทรปราการ

ผู้พิพากษายิงเมียดับก่อนยิงตัวตายตาม

ร.ต.ท.วีระชน มั่นต่าย ร้อยเวร สภ.หนองปลิง ต.หนองปลิง อ.เมือง จ.นครสวรรค์ รับแจ้งเหตุฆ่ากันตายภายในบ้านเลขที่ 3/116 หมู่ 2 ต.หนองปลิง จึงเดินทางไปตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว 2 ชั้นมีรั้วล้อมรอบ พบบริเวณหน้าบ้านมีปลอกกระสุนขนาด 7 ม.ม.ตกอยู่ทั้งนอกรั้วและในเขตบ้าน 8 ปอก ส่วนภายในบ้าน บนชั้น 2 หน้าห้องนอนพบศพสองสามีภรรยา คือ นายเฉลิมพล บุตรดี อายุ 42 ปี เป็นผู้พิพากษาศาลแขวง จ.พิษณุโลก และนางสุวรรณา บุตรดี อายุ 40 ปี นอนเสียชีวิตอยู่ข้างกันในสภาพมีรอยบาดแผลถูกยิงด้วยอาวุธปืนทั้งคู่ โดยมีอาวุธปืนขนาด 7 ม.ม. ตกอยู่ระหว่างกลางร่างของผู้ตายทั้ง 2 จึงได้เก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐาน

จากการสอบสวนนายเอ (นามสมมุติ) อายุ 16 ปี บุตรชายของนายเฉลิมพล และนางสุวรรณา ให้การว่า ขณะเกิดเหตุตนเองอยู่ภายในห้องนอนได้ยินเสียงพ่อตะโกนโวยวายหน้าบ้าน ก่อนจะได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้นหลายนัด จากนั้นก็ได้ยินเสียงพ่อทะเลาะกับแม่อย่างรุนแรงที่หน้าประตูห้องนอน กระทั่งได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้นอีก 2 นัด จึงได้รีบเปิดห้องออกมาดูก็พบพ่อกับแม่นอนจมกองเลือดเสียชีวิตอยู่หน้าห้อง นอนแล้ว

อย่างไรก็ตาม เบื้องต้นทางเจ้าหน้าที่ทราบว่า ก่อนหน้าที่จะเกิดเหตุการณ์นายเฉลิมพลได้ออกจากบ้านไปสังสรรค์กับเพื่อนฝูงกล้องวงจรปิด จนกระทั่งกลับมามีปากเสียงทะเลาะกับภรรยาอย่างรุนแรงจนถึงขั้นใช้อาวุธปืน เพื่อจบปัญหาชีวิต คาดว่านายเฉลิมพลและนางสุวรรณา น่าจะมีปัญหาครอบครัวในเรื่องอะไรบางอย่างแต่คุยกันไม่รู้เรื่อง จึงทำให้นายเฉลิมพลเกิดบันดาลโทสะใช้อาวุธปืนยิงภรรยาเสียชีวิต ก่อนยิงตัวเองตายตาม
